Requiring only the laser, Riddler and Two-Face break into Wayne Enterprises' labs and successfully steal it. After obtaining the seeds, Riddler abandons Ivy, allowing the Dynamic Duo to find and defeat her. Meanwhile, Batman analyses a plant leave used by Ivy, leading him and Robin to the gardens. Together, they break into the Gotham Botanical Gardens to steal vine seeds, need to climb the Reserves' cliffs.
Though they manage to corner him, Riddler is rescued by Ivy and manages to escape. Pursuing in the Batmobile and Batcycle, Batman and Robin manage to destroy the truck. However, Gordon and the GCPD catch up and lock off the streets, hindering the chase.
Knowing the duo are tracking Two-Face's vehicle, Riddler hands the ray over to his henchmen whilst they lead Batman on a chase. Batman and Robin fight Freeze and Riddler escapes with the Freeze Ray. Arriving at the lab and dealing with the security, Riddler retrieves the ray whilst Freeze awakens his henchwomen. As they break in, Batman and Robin follow them. Freeze break into the latter's former lairs. Two-Face arrives and helps Riddler escape, though Batman places a tracker on their armored truck.ĭeciding to get the Freeze Ray next, Riddler and Mr. Whilst Riddler hides, Batman and Robin arrive and defeat the shapeshifter. To collect the Key, Riddler and Clayface break into the Gotham City Bank. To achieve these, the group need to gather a Freeze Ray, Ivy's mutated vine seeds, a prototype laser gun and the key to the main vault.

After clearing each story, the player is able to play through it in the villains' perspective, controlling them and carrying out their individual plans up to before being stopped by the Dynamic Duo.Ī mass breakout occurs at Arkham Asylum, organized by the Joker, the Penguin and the Riddler. In each scenario, the player controls Batman and Robin as they fight through hordes of goons and henchmen to reach and defeat each villain, foil their plans, and send them back to Arkham. The story is split into three scenarios, each one seeing them confront groups lead by the Riddler, the Penguin and the Joker. Getting her character right would be no easy task, as Quinn's flexibility and slinky movements would also need to be replicated. In the past, she has been seen with baseball bats, jack in the boxes, bazookas, and a host of other clown-themed instruments of torture. Quinn's zany assortment of weapons would make for some fun gameplay. Though these appearances are appreciated, she hasn't been given the chance to take center stage as she deserves. She is also a playable character in the Injustice series, and she offers comic relief in the Lego: Batman series. Most notably, she makes cameos in titles such as Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Vengeance where she is voiced by Arleen Sorkin. Throughout the years, Quinn has appeared in a few video games. Since her first appearance in 1992, Quinn has gone on to grow a large fan base, and she has become far more than the Joker's arm candy. Quinn was originally imagined as a humorous henchwoman for the Joker, though her larger-than-life personality made it impossible to not give her a recurring role.

Fortunately, heroines like Wonder Woman have not been neglected, and she is receiving a triple-A game from Monolith Productions.Īs far as villains go, the situation has been fairly similar, with figures like the Joker and Venom hogging the stage. Everybody loves characters like Spider-Man and Batman, but there are a good number of female characters that also deserve some attention. However, despite the great diversity present among both heroes and villains, the scene has been mainly dominated by male figures. For a few years now, superheroes have been enjoying the limelight in pop culture.
